Bill Zierolf | President and CEO
With demonstrated experience in executing business formations, securing joint ventures, initiating growth strategies and business turnarounds, William Zierolf has a broad array of executive management, revenue growth and funding expertise.  He has extensive experience in content production services, subscription based information services and software solutions.  Over 25 years expericne working directly or through joint ventures with  Dun & Bradstreet, Reed Elsevier, CMP Media, Aspect Development, Knight Ridder and Bain Capital. In addition he led turnarounds & expansions at Teltech, Centrport and TrueAdvantage.

Most recently, he was President and CEO of TrueAdvantage, a recognized frontrunner in Lead Generation Software. Mr. Zierolf led a significant turnaround of the organization in just 15 months, whereby he significantly enhanced companies market position, value proposition, product and services offerings, defined and implemented additional “go-to-market” distribution channels, developed strategic partnerships, established an offshore software development organization and streamlined the business model. To fuel the transformation, he raised $15M in new capital, re-structured existing personnel and hired a talented senior management team. During his tenure, renewal rates increased 300% and several new six figure enterprise clients were secured.

Immediately prior to leading TrueAdvantage, Mr. Zierolf was the President and CEO of Centrport, an early stage online CRM technology provider. To form the company, Bill spun the technology out of a well established public company and simultaneously closed on $25M in funding. He then led the complete formation of the company which comprised; setting the vision for the business, hiring key staff, developing customer support services, packaging key technology components for on-demand services offerings and creating strategic alliances.  A sample of  loyal enterprise customers that subscribed to multi year agreements using an innovative pricing model which he created, included General Motors, Delta, SBC Communications and Intel.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Zierolf was COO of Aspect Developments e-commerce holdings enterprise where he led the formation of multiple on-line e-commerce companies designed to provide research and procurement services to design engineers, maintenance, repair and operations personnel. Bill secured strategic partnerships with CMP Media and Reed Elsevier, as well as securing additional investment funds, completing business plans and driving day-to-day execution strategies. Furthermore, as head of Aspects Content Division, Bill guided the transformation and escalation of product lines which ultimately grew from two to eighteen and generated significant revenue growth that increased from $4 to $60M as hundreds of services engagements were competed for companies such as Lucent, GEC Marconi, Shell, Ford and IBM.

Under his leadership the Aspect Content Factory became known and admired around the world as the most efficient organization in producing or transforming high quality parts, supplier and business content.

Just prior to Aspect, Mr. Zierolf led a turnaround at TeleTech Resource Network, a publisher of research for Bio Science, Electrical, and Mechanical research professionals. Bill raised capital from strategic partner Knight Ridder, and then proceeded to streamline the company, launch new products, hire a new management team, improve the business model and drive execution of the business plan.

Mr. Zierolf began his career with over 10 years at Dun and Bradstreet where he successfully held varied positions in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and General Management. Bill created some of the first electronic information service product offerings, and then integrated them with D&B Assets to form unique and valuable strategic partnerships with NYNEX, Ameritech and AT&T. Mr. Zierolf was also an executive in D&B/Bain Capitals investment fund, which focused investments in early stage information services and software companies. He led successful engagements several industry sectors such as engineering, healthcare and media, while working with and guiding CEO’s and their companies to successful exits.

In addition, he serves as a Director on established and emerging companies and participates in industry and community associations.

 
Dave Kuketz | Executive Vice President and Co-founder
Dave brings twenty years experience in high-technology, supply chain, and content positions to Global Content Works. An electronics engineer from Umass Dartmouth, his career began with Raytheon Company in 1987 where Mr. Kuketz helped design hardware for the Patriot Missile, which provided defense against scud missiles for our troops and allies during the first gulf war.

Later, after getting his MBA in 1995 from Northeastern University, Dave joined an entrepreneurial startup called TEAM Corporation focused on selling content management tools to the high tech industry, bridging the divide between design,engineering, purchasing and manufacturing. TEAM Corporation was later bought out by OrCAD and then Cadence Design Systems, where Dave continued to hone his sales and business skills.

Seeing the extended value of content in the end-to-end demand and supply chains, at the start of 2000 Dave joined Aspect Development to help build a content business known as InfiniteContent.com. Later that year, i2 Technologies bought Aspect for $9.2B and renamed it to i2 Content. Dave traveled around the world to Japan, Australia, Asia and throughout Europe championing the value of content.

Dave then became the Vice President of Global Sales for a new content startup known as Intigma in 2002 and grew the business until it was acquired by Emptoris in 2005. Prior to co-founding Global Content Works in early 2007, Dave consulted and coached companies in various stages of development, and formulated a vision for the modernization of content management for "Web 2.0"


Gary W. Hare | President and Chief Executive Officer, Vinimaya, Inc.
Gary Hare is President and CEO of Vinimaya Inc., a leading provider of e-procurement software solutions. Vinimaya’s flagship product, the innovative, patent-pending ViniSyndicate Catalog Integration System, operates the worldwide purchasing portals for some of the world’s largest and most successful companies, including 3M, Alcoa, Corning and Sunoco among others.

Prior to Vinimaya, he co-founded and served as Vice President of Products and Strategy at TPN Register, where, in addition to overseeing all product development and operation of the TPN Marketplace, the world's first commercial supplier network dedicated to MRO and Indirect eprocurement, he was responsible for overall strategic direction and business development efforts. TPN Register was acquired by Global Exchanges Services in February 2001.

Prior to the formation of TPN Register, Mr. Hare spent nine years at General Electric Company, holding various senior positions at both the corporate and business level while there. He was directly involved in many of GE's early e-commerce efforts, most notably in the areas of procurement, supply chain management and strategic sourcing. Previous to working for GE, Mr. Hare was an information technology consultant and software engineer in the brokerage industry, holding positions at Keane Inc., ADP and Bunker-Ramo Information Systems.

Mr. Hare holds a US Patent titled “Full Service Secure Electronic Marketplace” and has been a featured speaker on the subject of B2B e-commerce at business conferences sponsored by Gartner Group, Forrester Research and The Conference Board among others. He has been the subject of articles in Red Herring, Fortune, Forbes, Business Week, Information Week and Harvard Business Journal, and has served as both and advisor and director to various ecommerce technology companies past and present.

Mr. Hare holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern Connecticut State University in 1983.
